Royalty questions
Each subscriber's money is divided among the artists that subscriber played, rather than pooled and divided by global share. Niche artists with devoted listeners do materially better.
A stream counts at 30 seconds, prorated up to full-track value at 60 seconds. Classical and ambient use a duration-weighted variant, because a 22-minute piece is not four songs.
